Booked directly with Walker&Williams?
Guests who have booked to stay with us are able to modify their reservation without modification fees subject to availability and applicable rates.
The Walker&Williams cancellation policy allows you to cancel your stay for free, up to 14 days prior to arrival, after which you will be able to modify your booking without modification fees up to a period of 12 months.
Booked through a Third-Party?
Third parties are required to follow the Walker&Williams cancellation policy set out above. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification or cancellation appropriate to your booking.
Group Bookings
For all group bookings, our teams are working closely with our reservations teams to provide the maximum flexibility possible. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Other
We recommend that all guests review guidance from the World Health Organisation and follow any travel advice issued.
